Hello Team,

I've placed all of the documents that we used (when we used them last) below.  I did not prepare a "Responses" version for all of them at the time.  It wasn't until a few weeks into the effort that I began to prepare those.  So, I've placed the "responses" version when I had them.  Otherwise, I've given the "1st Draft" version.  After this effort, we will finally have the long-awaited 2nd Draft.
