Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade students on the success of their musical "Twinderella."
Bravissimo to the fifth graders who performed at the Link-Up Concert with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. The students prepared vocal and recorder selections to sing and play with the orchestra.
Music Opportunities in St. Louis this summer!
St. Louis Muny Opera has many great shows at very reasonable prices. So take advantage of the wonderful entertainment offered under the stars on a summer evening. Go early and have a picnic supper in the park. Check out the new digital backdrop.

Community Band performances abound in parks throughout the area including the Compton Heights Band, The St. Charles Municipal Band, and the O'Fallon Municipal Band to mention just a few. These bands present concerts each week throughout the summer. Check your online or your local newspapers for times and days of performance. The concerts are free so just bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the musical presentations.
Fair St. Louis always presents great musical entertainment for the entire family for the July 4th celebration.
Summer camps offer chances for students to explore their musical interests. Check online and the links on this page for the many organizations and institutions that present these opportunities for the children.
St. Louis Children's Choir offers a summer camp from July 9-13 from 9 a.m. to noon for children entering grades 3-5 in the fall. See the link at the left for more information.
Vatterott College ex'treme Institute by Nelly teaches music recording, music production, and graphic design. The have a program called Beat Club for Kids, which is for children ages 8-16. Their Club ei summer camp offers one day and 4-day week classes from June 18-July 26. Check out the link for more details.
